1. Nature of Service

This program is an educational learning system designed for beginners. Results may vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and practice. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Order & Payment Confirmation

All orders are considered confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and recorded as “captured” by the payment provider.

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or incomplete information.

3. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

• Credit / Debit Card
• FPX / Online Banking
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), subject to approval

BNPL approval, terms, and repayment obligations are determined solely by the respective provider.

4. No Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Product & Service Fulfilment

Upon successful payment:

• Digital access will be provided via email or designated platform
• Physical items (if applicable) will be arranged for delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics.

6. Proof of Fulfilment

• Delivery confirmation
• Digital access records
• Communication records

These may be used in the event of disputes.

7. Customer Acknowledgement

• You have reviewed the product/service details
• You understand the pricing and payment terms
• You are making the purchase voluntarily

8. Limitation of Liability

• Lack of progress due to non-participation
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
• Third-party payment or BNPL service outcomes

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond control, including system disruptions, logistics delays, or third-party service issues.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
