Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
For avoidance of doubt:
- “Confirmed” refers to payment status marked as “captured”
- Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or lack of usage will not be accepted
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The service has not been accessed or activated
- A verified technical issue prevents access
- Duplicate payment or system error
All approved refunds are:
- Subject to administrative and transaction charges
- Processed at the Company’s sole discretion
Physical Product Claims
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Claims beyond this period may not be accepted
