Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

For avoidance of doubt:

  • “Confirmed” refers to payment status marked as “captured”
  • Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or lack of usage will not be accepted

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been accessed or activated
  • A verified technical issue prevents access
  • Duplicate payment or system error

All approved refunds are:

  • Subject to administrative and transaction charges
  • Processed at the Company’s sole discretion

Physical Product Claims

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Claims beyond this period may not be accepted
